PicoGreen Assay:
1. First turn on the machine (the button on the side), then wait until the plate slides out.
2. Doeble-click on the icon on the desktop: Analysit AD plate Reader.
3. Type: fluorescence intensity, method: Farnham
4. Go to method and edit the method, then choose the wells you are going to read. Hit Apply and OK. 
5. Put you plate with wells on the plate and hit Read.
6. Then it will read and you just save the data: File/Save as...
